Q)
How do I calculate how much storage space I will need?
A) Contact us either via phone or Email and our friendly staff will
establish the right unit size for your requirements.
Q) How long do I have to sign up for?
A) There is no minimum or maximum sign up time. Once you sign up the
unit is yours to use until you move out.
Q) How much notice must be given when
I move out?
A) You must give at least 1 weeks notice upon moving out so that we
can organise your move as fast and efficient as possible.
Q) When can I get to my belongings?
A) Our storage facility is open 24-7 which means you always have
access to your belongings.
Q) How can I make a payment?
A) We can take payments directly from your credit card, which is
convenient for a lot of customers that live out of town. We also
accept cheques, cash, debit, credit cards, and post dated cheques.
Q) Is it possible to view the storage
units before I rent?
A) We list our storage unit sizes on the
Furniture storage page and you
are more than welcome to come in and see them for yourself.
Q) Will I have to climb steps or use
an elevator to store my belongings?
A) Vault Self
Storage Sunshine Coast is on ground level with the exception of
the offices being upstairs. There are no elevators or loading docks
to deal with when you come into our facility. And with parking out
back our storage units are easy to access.
Q) Will I need to sign a lease or
contract?
A) Yes there is a simple contract that takes only a few minutes to
complete.
Q) Are my contents insured?
A) Vault Self Storage is not responsible for the contents of the
unit. We recommend that you speak to your insurance company for any
queries you may have regarding storage insurance.
Q) Who provides the lock and holds the
key?
A) At Vault Self Storage we sell locks for a nominal fee. And once
the key is in your possession and you have left the premises it
becomes the your responsibility.
